HOW EACH OF US CAN MAKE OUR WORLD A BETTER PLACE

I decide to give to the world, to add... and to refrain from taking away from myself and others when I feel out of love. Each day I find ways to bring good things to the lives of others... and in so doing add to my own life.



LET our mission, our purpose even, to be give to the world and add to it... because of our loving presence.

And let us be mindful never to take away anything good from the world or to cause harm ... because we are feeling out of love.

And this idea that our life's task is to give and add to and not to take away and subtract... applies to ourselves, others and the world at large, of course.

We need to refrain from taking away things from other people even although if they were in the right place they would know this was all about us and not about them.

But wrong words, harsh reactions and a miserable countenance can lead to people less good about themselves than they should.

We can even push people that bit more over the edge because of our rebuff or failure to acknowledge.

At the very least, let us not harm others.

Let us not attempt to take away someone's self worth, someone's place in the world.

Let us not attempt to belittle another or encourage others to ridicule or condemn.

Better that we keep a silent tongue.

Better that we turn away from the trap of judgment which leads to division.

Better that we look for the good potential of that person.

And as we do to others, let us also apply the same rules to ourselves.

How often do we pointlessly and viciously, sometimes, beat ourselves up through our scathing inner voice or negative thinking?

How often do we scowl at our own picture or lament how we look or what actions we have taken?

Let us pack in this self abuse.

Instead let us see what we give to ourselves instead.

Let us see how we can make our own lives that much better... not through completely selfish motive but because when we feel good about ourselves on the inside we are able to shine on the outside.

And when we shine on the outside we can become the bright light in other people's lives...

What can we add to the world this day.. and tomorrow... and the next.. until every day of our present life is spent?

Just what can we give others?

It could be a thing as simple as a smile, a compliment, some acknowledgment....

Or it could be to endeavour to bring about meaningful connect, to establish deep and loving friendship....or true companionship that gives to the life of another.

We might fear rejection.. fear stepping over the mark.

But no loving action is ever wrong... no gesture of love is ever a bad thing...nothing given is ever wasted because even if the individual receiving it is not grateful or able to respond positively the energy goes into the collective consciousness of which we are all part... and we all benefit.

Not least ourselves for giving of our heart in such a loving and purposeful way.

So let us see what we give to the world... not what we can take away.

Let us see what we can give to ourselves and not take away

Let us see what we can bring to the lives of others and give them rather than take away from

Let us see too just how much love we can bestow... both on ourselves and others.

And with every loving action we become a better person, others shine brighter and the world becomes a better place.

KEEP THE THOUGHTS OF LOVE AND BIN THE OTHERS!!

I decide the thoughts I wish to hold on and those I need to discard...I seek not to be disillusioned or disheartened on my journey as I am part of a collective consciousness which is evolving into more light. I know that every kind and loving thought and deed in my own life moves us all to experience more love and light.



WHEN a thought jumps into our minds... as our thoughts surely do... can we ask ourselves whether this is something we can hold onto and take with us on our life experience or is it something that is better replaced with another which is going to be more positive.

Our minds are powerful vessels.

They take hold of inspiration, present us with solutions, open our eyes to opportunities and appreciate great connections and the beauty that can be seen and felt around us.

So far so good. So very good, in fact.

But they are also weapons of inner and outer destruction... conjuring up fears, reminding us of indiscretions, bringing in the niggling worries and the greater worries and revealing to us the dysfunction of our lives and of the world at large.

This is the bad. The very bad, in fact.

This is no more or no less true for those who try constantly to shine their light and bring light and love to others.

We might wish to raise our consciousness and our vibration... but so often we find the energy of what goes on outside and the negative impact of others playing a different tune turning down our light switch when this should not be the case at all.

So easy is it to become disillusioned... with people in our own life and with those who run the show in our community, in our nation and, of course, in the world at large.

But people, experiences and situations on the outside can only change when we keep our own light switch turned up... when we are in tune with the wealth of love contained in our heart... and when we cease to find disillusionment and loathing in ourselves.

So long as we individually blame ourselves for dysfunction, for things going wrong and keep this focus on what does not work and why we are not good enough then our outer reality will simply be not good enough.

When we acknowledge, feel and be good enough then the world outside will be good enough.

For those dwelling in the light and who wish so much to see love reflected back to them in a world so often gripped by fear and old destructive patterns of being, it can be a tough call.

But consider if you looked back several hundreds of years what picture you had seen in your community and your nation.

In your looking back you will see so many barbaric acts that would seem unthinkable now.

In the UK, for example, people will hanged for sheep rustling, shot when they could not face the enemy in war and women were not allowed to vote.

But how things have changed in our own society.

And in years to come some of the actions of our governments now will seem barbaric and unthinkable by the masses and not just by the minority who so far have not been able to change things.

It will be utterly barbaric to put another person to death and war will be unthinkable in the way it has been conducted in recent times... and most definitely not even on the political agenda.

For those who vibrate highly in light this is too much to bear right now... just as those who lived in light a couple of hundred years ago had to suffer being persecuted and put to death, even, for holding religious beliefs other than the norm.

There are many who are ahead of this time... their journey back to the light has just gone so much quicker than the mood of the collective mass which still believes in borders, division, isolation and puts the accent on difference.

But each person has this inner beauty, this inner knowledge, and inner truth that is just waiting to express and will come out.

Our collective consciousness is evolving towards the light... moving back to love. Not always as quickly as some of us might like but it is, nevertheless.

And each of us make up that journey... so some might be that further ahead on the road, they might glimpse heaven that little bit or that lot more and align themselves with the God or Goddess who expresses through them.

When each of us holds on to thoughts of fear, of violence, of revenge, of discontent and disillusionment we must all experience this in our collective.

But when each of us takes on board a belief of love, of unity and of solution and not problem then we all move towards a greater experience of love and well being.

In our consciousness now there are thousands and thousands of acts of love and expressions of kindness.

There are people devoting their lives to the needy and the afflicted... there is a plethora of loving support winging its way to Haiti and all the trouble spots in the world.

Yes, the human heart is very much alight. Very much expressing love.

But it really is up to each of us to put our attention and turn our own inner spotlight on what works, what is love and not allow fleeting thoughts and unimportant outside experiences to dim our switch and take us out of love.

Let it be that only we, tuned into the love of our own heart, can ever touch the switch... and it will just be turned up brighter and brighter which is the nature of our journey.

I take ownership of me. I own myself, my life and my experiences. I do not allow others to control whatever their intention might be. I do not walk in the shadows of the light of others. I make myself free to shine my own light in my own way. I am free and I am me.



WHO owns you?

You do, of course

But so many people pass over the ownership of themselves and their lives to others.. either voluntarily and gladly or reluctantly because that is what they feel is expected of them.

Get it straight in your mind that you... the miracle that you are... did not incarnate on this earth in this present lifetime of yours to fulfill the dreams, wants or wishes of your mother and father, your lover, husband or wife or your children.

You are here to grow yourself.

And you cannot make the world a better place for you being in it if you are walking in the shadows of another.. or others.

Time to wake up to the real picture... the real truth of who you are.

It is your journey and only you can propel yourself in the direction that will take you back to love.

If you pin your sails to the mast of another you, as well intentioned that might be, you will be knocked about and damaged when they hit the stormy waters of life when that is the last thing on earth you need.

When people seek self worth outside of themselves they can hand over control to others.

It might be acceptable to you to be controlled by another if you misguidedly feel that person makes you whole and complete.

They don't of course.

And wait for the downside when you get sick to the back teeth of being told what to do, feel caged and deprived of the freedom that is so rightfully yours.

So too will come the heartache and heartbreak if separation occurs... and no two people will ultimately stay together forever in a physical form.

It makes sense, therefore, to be your own best friend.

If you do not see yourself as being number one in your life then it is time to open up to the prospect that you will never lose number one if you make number one YOU.

If you make number one someone else then you might find your world turned upside down when that person leaves for better or for worse.

You are the boss of your own life.

You answer to yourself.

If you find someone else is the boss or master of your life change that person into yourself. Do it now.

If you are answering to another for your life choices and steps on your journey then think again.

Only you can make you happy... all the time. And you can only be happy if you live your life your way.

Put that responsibility on another and you will find yourself happy some of the time, only, and you certainly will not feel happy when that other person is down in the dumps.

If you allow others to run your life... and there are plenty of people who will gladly do that for you...then you are dimming your own light and merely standing in the shadow of them.

So to that end as you recognise the need to be captain of your own ship you need people to accompany you on your journey who will support you.. not be dragged along with you but to give you encouragement and loving support.

If there are people in your life who hold you back from reaching your goals then you might have to let them go... often this will happen naturally as your energy changes and this is something that a lot of people find very hard to accept.

But sometimes it is a case of walking away.

Because it is not only ridiculous but also downright absurd for your creation to be confined to a bird cage just as it can be distressing to see a wild bird kept in such a small space.

You were born to be free.

Just as the bird is.

You were born to express yourself.... and to be who you truly are.

And you will only serve the world when you are free to be you as a living and loving expression of the God or Goddess or Source that expresses through you.

So claim your ownership

You own YOU... and no one else does or possibly can.

GIVING UP THE STUPID BELIEF THAT WE ARE NOT ONE

I give up the most stupid belief in the world... I wave goodbye to all thoughts and ideas that I am detached, separated, divided, alone or inadequate. I know there will be those who will peddle this erroneous and wicked thinking but I do not have to listen to them and I will not.




THERE is a most corrupt and most terribly wicked thought.

It is the idea that is at the core of what is wrong in the world... what goes wrong in individual lives... what goes wrong in communities... and what goes wrong in the world at large.

It is the thinking of ourselves as detached, separated, divided, alone and inadequate.

Human beings have a habit, lamentably, of putting this belief into the minds of children... into the minds of young adults.. and into the minds of others.

And yet this is the thinking that takes us, for a limited time at least, out of love.

It is the same thinking that detaches us from our oneness.

It is the thinking that keeps us apart from God... or the Goddess... or the Source... or the Universe... or whatever you perceive the creator to be.

Yet, it is incredible irony that this is the journey we all follow... the journey of illusion which we must denounce, discard and move away from in our quest to experience and know in feeling who we really are.

In our world when we see wars, conflict, strife, prejudice, rejection and abandonment we know that this is showing us what love is not.

This is showing us what we are not.

And so we suffer so much when either we take part in such ignorance or witness or experience the results of this madness.

So as the dark reveals to us the magnificence of the light, we see through this perversion and beyond into the reality of what lies at the heart of us all... pure unconditional love that will make all things right.

We see and perceive the One Heart beating... which connects us all.

We see and perceive the unity of the treasure house of love that we all share... and can be accessed through each of our hearts.

And when we connect with this inner divine energy... of which we are all part of... we know, perhaps for the first time, in our hearts that we are most certainly not the words and actions of those who seek to divide and separate us for their own political or financial ends.

When we depart this mortal plane, we will not be submitted to the insult of barriers, of borders and of separation.

There will be no feeling of loneliness, of separation, of not being understood and not being cared for.

Because we will merge into that which we truly are.

We will glow as pure love.... and yet the sadness of our times is that so many do not know that we can glow as that right now by aligning our human energy with the truth, beauty and goodness of our soul who is in heaven.

And this is accessed by becoming the love that dwells in our heart.

Each time we think a loving thought, our divine essence is illuminated... and, not surprisingly, we feel good.

Each time we express a loving word or carry out a loving action we again find ourselves experiencing heaven and we feel really good.

Sadly these times, for so many of us, are fleeting moments of calm amid the storm of day to day living.

Yet, we can choose to stay in heaven for more of the time... and yet more of the time...

And we do it by thinking, expressing and really feeling this truth: that we are not divided, we are not detached, we are not separated, we are not alone and we are most certainly not inadequate.

Instead, let us affirm that we are one, we are united, we are connected, we belong, we are pure unconditional love, we are powerful beyond measure... and so is everyone else once they see this in their soul and become it.

The sickest and most destructive belief we have been indoctrinated with, fed as children, brainwashed as adults that we are not all one needs to be put in the dustbin today.

Because this ridiculous notion that we are separate is responsible for so much heartache, so much heartache, so much suffering and so much disunity in the world today.

It brings about warfare, poverty and difference.

And it is just a stupid belief, peddled by those who did not know better but will do.

BEAUTY IS IN THE LIGHT OF THE HEART

I see beauty in all people who express and shine the light that is in their heart...I know that to be attractive in the world I just need to turn my own light switch up. When I do so I know I will attract loving people into my life like moths around a flame.




SO many people are on a quest to make themselves more beautiful.

It is an obsession.

Money in the millions is spent on all manner of beauty treatments and revamps.

And the message being put out by so many is: I am not good enough.

Energy is spent fretting on how to look better... how to be more attractive... how to get that bit closer to being a cover girl or boy.

But those whose mission it is to beautify either themselves or others should heed the words of the prophet Kahlil Gibran

He said: Beauty is not in the face, beauty is in the light of the heart.

Yes, the most beautiful people in the world are those who have light shining from their heart.

What makes the most attractive person in the room?

It is the person who radiates warmth, great personality and lights up the gathering.

People are universally very attractive when they smile.

People are universally very appealing when they open their hearts.

People are universally very beautiful when they display and express the love contained in their hearts.

We are always attracted to very loving people.

Whatever they look like.

And when we are not attracted to those who do not radiate love, those who are wrapped up in their own little world and those who look away from our loving gaze.

Each of us has the ability to live an attractive, glamorous and most beautiful life.

And we do not achieve this through hours of preening ourselves in the mirror or doubting how good we look while we seek the latest beauty treatments or enhancements.

Yes, we do achieve it when we look in the mirror

But only when we gaze into our own naturally beautiful eyes and say those magic three words: I love you.

As we do unto ourselves, we then project onto others.

And what we feel about ourselves, of course, is then mirrored back to us in the reactions and reciprocated energy of others.

When we were created we were did not have a written instruction book on how to apply make up.

It was not the creator's intention to make us in such a form that we would require a face lift or some other enhancement.

We were made in perfection... and it was for us to see our own perfection in our form.

Holding our own perfection as a state of being was the permanent solution.. our permanent relationship with ourselves... because all beauty treatments are short lived and temporary.

None of us requires the surgeon's knife to make us more attractive and appealing.

We just need to turn our own light switch up.

And as we do this that many more people will be attracted to ourselves like moths around a flame.

The most attractive and loved people on this planet are those who have turned their light switch to the maximum.

The least attractive are those who keep their light low, dim the light that shines on themselves... hide in the shadows of others.

There never was someone who lived and never will be someone who lives in the future who will look, talk and act like you.

You are unique.

Uniquely beautiful. What else could you be?

I know that when I truly love and accept myself for who I am then I will draw into my life loving people and loving experiences. In order for people to fall in love with me, I need to fall in love with myself. I will attract what I am.



WHEREVER you look you will find people searching for love.

Some will be frantically seeking out the perfect soul mate... others will be looking for more friends and lovers.

So many will be looking in the wrong places and make poor choices... so many will feel that love eludes them... and so many will expect disappointment after a temporary fling.

But the truth is that anyone... and indeed everyone... can easily and readily fall in love with us.

However, there is one condition.

And that is we need first to fall in love with ourselves.

When we do not love ourselves unconditionally and totally then we will not attract loving relationships into our life.

Because we can only attract what we are... what we become.

So unless we feel truly lovable, feel truly loved and truly love and accept ourselves for who we are, it is not surprising that those who lack pure love will be drawn into our space.

If we are less than in love with ourselves, we will see mirrored back to us in our relationships those experiences which will not bring us lasting unconditional love.

Each of us has the ability to bring into our own life the perfect lover, the perfect friends and the perfect loving relationships.

Yes, each of us.

But in order to do this we need to feel that we are totally lovable and so much loved.

Then we will not hold back ourselves.

We will not be embarrassed to join in, to belong, to shine our light and reveal the truth of ourselves.

When we are in love with ourselves it is impossible to withdraw from either ourselves or others.

We become open... we express what is going on in our head and in our heart... and people fall in love with us because we are authentic and because we are revealing to them that we are really just like them.

After all, we have the same loving feelings, the same emotions and the same doubts and insecurities.

But gone is the need to hide because we do not feel good enough, that we feel we will be judged harshly or ridiculed for showing what is going on for us.

When we accept ourselves for who we are... and are willing to open who we are to others then we cannot fail to have people falling in love with us.

It is as simple as that.

And people who have good hearts, warm hearts, strong hearts will draw into their lives others who have the same.

That makes for the perfect partnership or the perfect relationship or relationships.

What we believe about ourselves becomes our external reality.

So if we believe we are love... if we connect with our essence which is love... and choose loving choices and situations then we will see loving people and loving experiences flood into our lives.

In fact, it will be hard to see anything other than this in our immediate confines.

So many people believe erroneously that self love is connected with arrogance, with vanity and with superiority over other people.

This is the biggest lie and the most wicked delusion.

When we focus on self love, we change.

When we practice self love we become a very attractive and desirable person to be around.

And when we embrace inner self love we are able to bring into our lives an external reality that mirrors the treasure house of love contained in our heart.

Every time you feel there is not enough love in your life you need to consider just how you are not loving yourself enough.

And the more you practice self love the less likely it will be that you will feel there is not enough love in your life.

I focus my attention on the abundance that is already in my heart and which I am able to tap into... the abundance of love, good health, good work and everything else that I might require to fulfill my life's purpose. My life is less about getting but more about being grateful for what I already have.



THERE is really little to get.

Yes, you might see your life being focused on striving for this... yearning for that... and needing and wanting one thing or another, one person or another.

But the more we place our energy on getting, on needing, on wanting and on being desperate for... the very thing that we set out to obtain out there so often eludes us.

We want more money but it never seems to come

We want the dream partner but our dream is so often shattered.

We want the promotion but others seem to pip us to the post.

We want to be told the truth so much but we are served up so many lies.

But the moment we turn our spotlight from what we so much want to get or are currently lacking onto that which we already have, that which we are grateful for and that which we already are then our world changes.

Put simply, all the love we need is not out there somewhere... it is not over the rainbow... we do not have to follow the yellow brick road to an illusory wizard who has no power to grant us our deepest desire because we had the power within us all along.

All the love in the world is contained within us... is us.

And when we accept the reality that we are one with everyone and everything then what more love do you need?

The acceptance of this abundance within us then allows the certainty that we will not only be surrounded by this love but we will also draw into our space loving energy that will be attracted to us.

Because like attracts like.

And when we become something, be something then we are a mighty magnet drawing all that substance to us which we also radiate outwards... or, put another way, what we mirror becomes reflected back to us.

So by all means, take the yellow brick road, let your life be a searching, a treasure hunt that will take you through the high roads and the low.

But all this seeking, searching, wanting and needing is so unnecessary when we just align ourselves to our own heart... and believe and accept that we are everything that the universe is, that we are everything that God is, that we are deeply connected to the source.

And it is in this belief and this awareness that we can literally draw from ourselves the truths that we wish to follow in our existence.

If we wish love... and who does not... then we have to first find it in our own being.

And when we become love, we manifest that in our relationships and our experience.

So it is with health, career and finances too.

When our job and our finances are aligned to the fulfillment of our highest good and our life's purpose, there will be no shortage of that we need to sustain us on our mission.

When we see our work as love made visible... we find work that will not only make us feel connected, allow us to make a difference but will also enable us to be well paid.

When we see our money, not as a need or a desire or a dream, but part of our abundant inheritance to do the work we are meant to do and live the life we love then there will be no shortage of it.

And neither will it be our master... and we will not be its slave.

It will just flow and we will be grateful and thankful for this flowing.

And what we show gratitude for in this universe we receive more of the same.

Because the universe will always give more to those who are grateful.
So let's not focus too much on the getting.

Instead, let us set our sights on what we have... the resources we can tap into within our own heart and soul...

Take the yellow brick road if it makes you feel happier... but there is a direct line to your heart.

You might feel better taking it.

All creation is governed by law. The principles that operate in the outer universe, discoverable by scientists, are called natural laws. But there are subtler laws that rule the hidden spiritual planes and the inner realm of consciousness.

Contained within these laws (or conditions) is the true nature of matter. Knowledge of these laws has an effect upon the mental urges. Mind is the builder.

Stay in full mindfulness of the application of Universal Law as related to self and to others, and know that in love all life is given, in love all things move.

In giving one attains. In giving one acquires. In giving, love becomes the fulfillment of desire, guided and directed in the ways that bring the more perfect knowledge of self as related to the universal, all powerful, all guiding, all divine influence in life. Love IS life.

When we go back, merge with the God Source, in some infinitesimal but profound way, we expand the Mind of God. Our God and higher self always points the best and most perfect way and it is ours to listen and choose or reject what we hear. God does not blame, but patiently tries again to show the perfect way, the loving way. All of creation pushes forth. We are ever becoming. Identity ever remains!



1. The Law of Abundance. (sometimes referred to as the Law of Opulence or Success.)

By creating visualizations of abundance in our lives we draw this energy of success into our reality. Success or abundance does not only apply to money. There is success in communication, spirituality, relationships and so on. When creating the abundance of financial gain remember to be IN this world, but not OF this world. We are not the sum total of your possessions.

2. The Law of Action.

No matter what we feel or know, no matter what our potential gifts or talents, only action brings them to life. Those of us who think we understand concepts, such as commitment, courage, and love, one day discover that we only create knowingness when we act; doing becomes understanding. Every aspirant is a focal point of energy and should be a conscious focal point. In the midst of the whirl and storm (of the chaos of third dimension) s/he should make his/her presence felt.

3. The Law of Akasha.

A great cosmic law which is the principle of the intelligence of substance.

4. The Law of Analogy.

Although this is a definite condition of third dimension existence, no analogy is ever exact in detail but only in certain broad basic correspondences. There will be found unchangeable points of resemblance, but in using analogy viewing creation, no two details are exact. Using analogy in trying to mentally explain the unexplainable, one attempts to convey understanding, in a broad sense.

5. The Law of Ascension.

This law defines the high vibrational frequency which the soul of an incarnational being is resonating. When a personality looses the illusion of separation from it's god self, the vibration of that person raises to the point of ascension. No longer does this mean that the incarnational personality leaves the earth plane to live a finer existence. We are meant to bring our loving energies to our every day existence, becoming an example or role model for others to emulate. We can recognize this vibrational frequency in others by the degree to which they are a magnet to others.

6. The Law of Attraction.

This is the basic law of all manifestation, the Love Aspect, and it governs the Soul aspect. One of the Three Major Laws, and it has 11 subsidiary laws. Fundamentally, this law describes the compelling force of attraction that holds our solar system to the Sirian. It holds our planets revolving around our central unit, the sun. It holds the lesser systems of atomic and molecular matter circulating around a center in the planet, and that of the subtle bodies coordinated around their microcosmic center. It is the primary law of man. The law of synthesis is beginning to be felt.

7. The Law of Balance or Equipoise. (fair exchange)

This is elaboration and continuation of the law of equalities. The law of balance is a universal law that supersedes all of man's laws, creating stability for all third dimension manifestation. Each thought must be balanced by whomever creates it. This is divine wisdom. Allow all viewpoints without feeling you must defend your own. Allow no one to tell you what your journey must reflect or what your reality is. Do not give your power away so easily, but give your love unconditionally. Any messages communicated in love validates equality. Low self esteem is just as non productive as a puffed up sense of self esteem. They both deny equality. Another manifestation of the imbalance of this law is addiction.

8. The Law of Challenge.

We have the right to ask of another his or her intent, identity, and whatever pertinent information we feel we require when encountering a disembodied being. Those who come to us in the roll of information givers to channelers don't mind being challenged. Ask the entity your questions three times (using the same words each time) and you will be given the correct information.

9. The Law of Chemical Affinity.

This law governs the soul aspect in the mineral kingdom. It concerns the marriage of the atoms, and the romance of the elements. It serves to perpetuate the life of the mineral kingdom and to preserve its integrity. It is the cause of the im-metalisation of the Monad.

10. The Law of Cohesion.

One of the seven laws of our solar system, under the three major laws. On the second plane cohesion is first apparent. It is the first molecular plane of the system, and is the home of the Monad. Divine coherency is demonstrated.

11. The Law of Color.

All colors are centers of attraction, and are complementary or are antipathetic to each other. Color is healing and impacts the physical, emotional, mental and human body profoundly. Man is partially composed of color in the aura (we are color, tone, symbols and speed of vibration, or light). When intense rays of one or more colors are sent to a specific area of the body, change results.

12. The Law of Common Ground.

This is viewed as a problem solving approach and is an area where two or more can gather to blend differences. It demands that the area be cleansed of previous energy left by others who historically have passed through, or lived on the spot. This is done by two or more sending loving energy to the area for a specified period of time. Cage the area with a gold net and it will stay cleansed of other's energy. You will leave your energy, but that can be cleansed once you have used this space and are leaving.

13. The Law of Consciousness.

As consciousness expands, the space for events increases and therefore the dimensions in which man congizes good and evil, opportunity and possibilities, past-present-future enlarge to reveal the outstanding needs in this present world cycle.

14. The Law of Continuity of Consciousness.

The Universe is in a continuous and endless process of creation. Cosmic consciousness is a reality, and everything in creation is connected to everything else. The medium for the 'implicate order' of this relationship is consciousness. The fusion of individual consciousness and the universal consciousness (the building of the antahkarana) results in the development of universal knowledge, of omniscience (all science/all knowledge). Continuity of consciousness is achieved by us after the soul has been acknowledged, awakened, liberated and identified with the Whole (enlightenment). A step to achieve enlightenment is to be aware of our thoughts, emotions and actions, the faculty that enables us to be vigilant, observant or to know.

15. The Law of Cycles.

The world of nature exists within a larger pattern of cycles, such as day and night and the passing of the seasons. The seasons do not push one another. Neither do clouds race the wind across the sky. All things happen in good time. Everything as a time to rise, and a time to fall. Whatever rises, falls and whatever falls shall rise again. That is the principle of cycles.

16. The Law of Cyclic Return.

Otherwise known as the wheel of reincarnation, once a soul qualifies for an incarnation to third dimension, there is an understanding that it must be completed. Reincarnation is that process by which the 'consciousness of the permanent atom' manifests in another body through the human birthing process. (This accounts for the fact of genius in the very young.) All karma must be cleared or forgiven and certain aspects of soul growth accomplished before this entire episode of reincarnational growth is considered finished .

17. The Law or Right to Decree. (Divine Invocation)

This particular law exists for those working in service to others. Self serving beings will find this law ineffective. This law allows the ascended realms to move from the confines of the Law of Non-Intervention to act on our behalf. Add the phrase to your decree, "Under the Law of Grace" as this is an 'out' clause which will not allow us to manifest or invoke anything which would be detrimental to our existence or not of the highest interest for all, and remain karmic free. In order for your decree to work it must be invoked three times. An Example "By Divine Decree, in the name of (Yahweh, God, Jesus, Ascend Masters, healing Angels, Mother Mary, My I AM self, etc.) and under the Law of Grace, I ask for _____. It is done, and I thank you." Say the entire request three times, then let it go - trust it is in higher hands.

18. The Law of Discipline.

By practicing discipline, one expands the entity to a greater degree than almost any other action. Discipline is the surest means to greater freedom and independence. It provides the focus to achieve the skill level and depth of knowledge that translates into more options in life. Commitment involves discipline over a specific period of time. Discipline and commitment provide the bridge between here and our goals.

19. The Law of Disintegration.

One of the seven laws of our solar system, under the three major laws. On the third plane comes the final casting-off, the ultimate shedding of the sheaths, of the fivefold superman. A Chohan of the sixth Initiation discards all the sheaths beneath the monadic vehicle, from the atmic to the physical.

20. The Law of Divine Flow.

By living in the moment, centering ourselves in love and being in service to others (as opposed to service to self), we live in the law of divine flow. We stay in the moment by moment flowing of our higher self, creating actions which reflect love and allowingness. When we are able to do this, we notice how we say just the right things, do what is best for all, and refrain from doing that which we previously disliked in ourselves or others. We maintain a stronger connection to our God self. The more we do this, the more we are able to do this. To a degree, the deliberate letting go of this flow is the allowing of our spiritual integrity to be compromised.

 21. The Law Of Nirvana.

This Law concerns the ability of an entity to complete a round of reincarnation, develop such soul growth that the vibrational speed of the being qualifies him/her to merge with God. We then become a soul extension of God and among our choices many we have the ability to live in the liquid light which flows in and from God, or reincarnate as an avatar in third dimensional existence with the purpose of aiding mankind.

22. The Law of Economy.

The Brahma aspect of the Logos is characterized by that method in the wide distribution of matter, the scattering of the atoms of matter and their dissociation from one another, vibratory rhythm, heterogeneity and quality and their inherent rotary action. This Law of Economy causes matter always to follow the line of least resistance, and is the basis of the separative action of atomic matter. It governs matter, the opposite pole of spirit. Initiates must master this law before they can achieve liberation, or enlightenment.

23. The Law of Economy of Force.

One of the three major laws. The Activity Aspect. This is the law which adjusts all that concerns the material and spiritual evolution of the cosmos to the best possible advantage and with the least expenditure of force. It is the law of the physical atom, and makes perfect each atom of time and each eternal period and carries all onward and upward and through, with the least possible effort with the proper adjustment of equilibrium and with the necessary rate of rate of rhythm. Unevenness of rhythm is really an illusion of time, and does not exist in the cosmic center. We need to ponder on this, for it holds the secret of peace, and we need to grasp the significance of that word through, for it describes the next racial expansion of consciousness, and has a hidden meaning.

The person who aims at providing a point of contact between conditions of chaos and Those Who work for constructive ends and order, should likewise use that most necessary factor of common-sense in all that s/he does. This involves always obedience to the law of economy of force, due to discrimination, and a true sense of values. Where these are present, time will be economized, energy will be wisely distributed, excessive zeal will be eliminated, and the Great Ones will be able to depend upon an aspirant's sagacity and thus find a helper.

24. The Law of Equalities (or Analogy), otherwise known as the Principle of Correspondence or Essential Divinity.

Affirmation for Tuesday 5th January

I am most wanted and most needed to shine my light... Just like everyone else I was created perfectly to carry out my life mission which is to express myself as the pure love that I really am. I am on a return journey to love...any notion that I am insignificant, unwanted or not needed is utter and complete claptrap.



SO much of our pain in life comes from a feeling of being unwanted... not needed or insignificant.

But this is an illusion and negative thinking that does not serve us or the world.

The fact is that each of us is MOST WANTED

Yes, MOST WANTED. Definitely most wanted!!!!

None of us is ever unwanted.

If we get that impression from another or from people around us then this more often than not a reflection back to us of what we are wrongly thinking about ourselves in our mind.

It is one of our fears, no less.

It is the fear that we are alone... not important... not needed and unwanted.

It is utter and complete claptrap.

Because the universe which brought us into form very much wants us to be part of all that is.

The universe or God or the Source or whatever we wish to call the creator constructed a masterpiece when you were constructed and I were constructed.

When you and I were created it was a work of great art... a piece of perfection... pure and utter perfection.

And our mission, if that is what we would call it, is to express as who we really are which is pure love.

So our return to love... to experience ourselves and to know the truth of our loving essence... is a journey of many lessons.

Many of our learnings are about what love is not and how it is only when we are tuned into the power of love that life can work... that we can be healed.. that we can be magnificent.

Without love we are like a flower without water.

We wither away and we emotionally and spiritually die.

So if we ever feel unwanted or unloved then we need to correct this erroneous and most destructive of thinking.

And we need to replace it with the conviction that we are very much love and so much wanted for the divine plan on earth... the divine plan which involves each and every one of us returning to love.

This mission of love is the assignment given to each and every one of us... and if we are not feeling the love, if we feel lost or alone or in a place far from love then it does not mean we are written off.

No one is written off, except possibly by other human beings who enter into judgment.

In the divine scheme of things we are just in a dark place on our journey and we just have to learn from that experience and move back into a light place... and get move closer to our return to love.

That is all.

So each one of us.. even those whom you and I might perceive of being guilty of evil actions and whom you and I might despise for what they are doing... are wanted in this universe for the purpose of finding love.

And all of us eventually, if not in this moment or possibly the next, do find it in ourselves to express and be the love that we all wish to see in the world.

So do not entertain thoughts of being unwanted.

Do not even take on a thought of not being needed.

Because wanted and needed all of us most certainly are!

We are needed and wanted to shine our light... to be love.

And if you look at people's lives you will see the love and light there.. even if it is hidden behind the coal face and not emerging as the sparkling diamond that we all are.

So there are those who are unexpressed love.

There are those who appear anything other than love.

But they will see the way back to love.. as we all do.

We do best not give up on their divine potential or their essence even although we might be repulsed, sickened and certainly would never condone their sick behaviour.

For most of us we are conditioned to fear expressing ourselves, fed lies that might make us feel unwanted or not needed... perhaps reinforced when our adult relationship breaks down.

No one has the power to make us feel unwanted or unneeded.

It is our own belief being reflected back to us.

And if someone behaves in a cruel of disrespectful way it is merely their mixed up business and none of ours anyway.

So take on board the truth that we are most wanted, most needed and so much loved by a universe which created us to express as love.

The life purpose and the mission of us all.

Affirmation for Monday January 4th

I belong and join in with life... I know that I have as much right as anyone else to shine my light, to express myself for who I am and to be present. It does not serve me or others when I isolate myself or withdraw or even feel I do not belong. Each of us belongs!



EACH of us is a member of the human race.

We have as much right as anyone else to be on this earth... and as much right as anyone else to shine our light and express ourselves.

So often we isolate ourselves... withdraw from others... do not join in.
Sometimes we blame it on others who might not have invited us, might not wish to include us or set themselves apart.

But for the most part when we find ourselves out on a limb it is because we have made the choice to cut ourselves off.

It is important if we are to really love ourselves and others that we feel we belong.

In our heart we need to feel our oneness.

We need to go into that place that exists inside of us which connects us with every other living person and, indeed, being.

We need to have that feeling of being included.. that feeling of being part of.. that feeling that we belong.

Because when we hold that feeling... become that feeling.. we draw into our lives those people who will include us and not exclude us, those experiences which allow us to belong and join in.

It can become a difficult pattern to break.

But we need to push ourselves forward, go out and meet people, communicate and express.

If we feel lonely and without friends or a significant other, it will not serve us to stay indoors all the time.... within our own four walls even at some level it might appear safe to do so.

We need to get out there and meet people.

Our fear is often that of rejection... of not being liked... not being accepted.. and not being wanted.

But if we feel other people are not liking us, are rejecting us or not accepting us it is usually the case that we are not liking ourselves, rejecting ourselves and not accepting ourselves also.

So we fear and see this reflected back to us.

When we come to love and accept ourselves then we also realise that no one has power to reject us but ourselves.

OK ... some people will be more friendly than others.

But there are millions and millions of people in this planet and there are plenty of friendly faces who will accept and welcome us into their lives.

So often we might focus on the unfriendly or even hostile person so much that we do not let the friendly ones in.

In fact, if we have a low opinion of ourselves we might well give undue attention to those who also have a low opinion of themselves and of other people in the process.

But when we have a high opinion of ourselves we then gravitate towards those who also feel good and because they feel good they will also want someone like us who feels good to join them on the journey.

Who would you like to be your vacation or holiday companion?

Do you want somebody unhappy, reserved, unsure, hostile or aggressive?

Or do you choose someone who appears happy within their own skin, friendly, interested in you, gentle and kind?

The choice is obvious.

And so it is on the journey through life.

People will relish to have in their lives those who possess all the qualities of the good companion.

And if they don't know about you it is because you have kept your light hidden under the proverbial bushel... that you have not joined up... that you have not allowed your expression to enable you to shine as the lit up person you truly are.

So let us all be joiners.

Let us accept we are members of the club... the human race.
And as such we have a right to attend... we deserve to be present.. to communicate.. to mingle... and to connect.

Each of us belongs!

Subject: TIME FOR QUALITY CONTROL IN OUR LIVES

Affirmation for Sunday January 3rd

I bring quality control to all aspects of my life... I know that I can make reject negative and fretful thinking and make plans to bring quality to my relationships, my experiences and my state of being. All that is not of quality does not serve me or the world.



QUALITY control has long been the buzz phrase in the world of customer relations.

But how much QUALITY control do we exercise in our own lives?

Just how much quality do we bring to our lives, to our relationships and our life experience?

And the wonderful thing is that quality is under our control.

Yes, quality is something we do have control over.

Let's start with our thinking.

Just how good is our thinking in this moment.. and the next moment.. and the next...?

How much time do we allow ourselves before the negative thought, the worry or the anxiety creeps in to spoil things for us?

Is it easy to take the remote control in our mind and switch over the channel when a fearful pattern of thinking enters our mind?

If not, why not?

So often we find ourselves in negative and unfruitful mental patterns that keep us going over the past or dreading the same outcome that might never happen.

We continue to beat ourselves up or blame ourselves for reactions from others that are really all about them and not about us.

We ponder on what could be, what might happen or what should be happening right now!

But for most of us.... OK things could be better, but then again, things could be a lot worse!

So let's just accept this situation or this experience for what it is because we can move on, we can grow and we can find brighter horizons.

Life can be difficult.

It would be foolish to pretend otherwise but from these difficulties and from these challenges we learn, we grow and we are able to carry on our journey to understand ourselves and others for who we really are and not just what we might appear to be.

But in each and every moment of our lives we have the ability to carry out our own very personal quality control check.  Our quality control check!

Each of us can do this.

Are we putting foods and substances in our body which are of quality, which serve our temple during this life time?

If not, why are we carrying on in a pattern of eating, drinking and imbibing that is less than the quality we should be bestowing upon ourselves?

It is a good question.

A very good question. Here is an area where we can positive life changes that will bring good health and goodness to our day to day lives and will make us simply feel so much better.

We can choose the quality of our thoughts.

We can plan positively.

Does it really make sense to anticipate bleak and fearful situations,worry about things endlessly and always expect a negative or fearful result.
OK we might face challenges... but let's look for positive solutions, to make the best.

After all, things could be worse. For most of us, a lot worse, in fact.

Children in war zones, after all, continually have to abandon and take up new homes... they lose their parents... they lose everything.

And still they carry on... somehow.

We can choose the quality of our experiences.. make our environment more friendly.. add beauty and truth and goodness.

We can choose quality friends and enter into quality and wholesome relationships.

We can give our lives, our relationships, our experiences, our work, our finances a quality assessment.

And where quality is lacking we can take steps to do something about it.

To replace that which is not quality with quality.

We can remove from our lives all that cheapens us, take us out of luxury and contentment, happiness and love, of course.

All that is unloving is not quality.

All that is love is quality.

All that separates, divides, isolates, creates barriers and fear is far from quality.

All that unites, unifies, brings together, creates belonging and harbours love is the quality that we all wish to see in our lives.

Time to bring quality to each of our moments.

Not to do so is being cruel not only to ourselves but also to the world or collective consciousness of which we form a vital and so important part.

The quality we bring to our own lives affects us all.

It is a butterfly effect... quality in one life brings more quality to the entire energy gestalt we are part of.

Make quality your goal.

How Not To Waste An Ordinary Day

According to my calculations, on June 23rd of this year, (my 53rd birthday), I will have lived approximately 19,345 days. The great majority of those days I don’t remember.



There are a few, May 23, 1983 for example when we brought Big Son ASIJ home, and January 14, 2000 when Little Miss ASIJ was born and January 13, 1998 when I saw face to face the love of my life Mr. ASIJ, that I remember crystal clear! And a few others when good things and not so good things happened. But the rest, well…one day just fades into another and now most of my life is just a blur of days.



How do I not let my days just fade into each other and become a blur? For the past few days I’ve been asking myself this very question. How DO I do this?
Here’s a few things I’ve come up with:


1. Take more pictures.
Nothing brings a day to mind more clearly for me than looking at pictures. Times I’ve long forgotten spring clear as buttered biscuits in my mind when I see pictures of family reunions, friends getting together, and days of fun and laughter. Don’t forget to date the pictures!


2. Write about it.
Start a journal and write something each day. Even if its just one sentence. What was the weather like? Who did you see and talk to on this day? What happened today to make this day different from every other day? Oh, you’re not a writer? Doesn’t matter. Write about your days anyway.


3. Live in the present but don’t forget the good times.
Sometimes I just need to talk about the past to keep a good time alive or to keep alive in my heart someone precious but long since gone. Note: DON’T talk about the bad times – those days NEED to fade away! Don’t rehash how someone did you wrong…let that wrong doing die a quick death!


4. Talk to people…really LISTEN.
Sometimes people just need to talk about their days so they’ll be remembered. Never let a chance go by to let someone make their day special by telling or recalling their days. Everyone has a story, no matter how insignificant it may seem at the time. Like books, don’t judge a person by their cover. Everyone has a soul. Everyone has a purpose for being here. Everyone matters.



5. Make a memory ON PURPOSE.
You can take a day, any day, and do something extraordinary. This will make it special for everyone involved! Get excited about life. Point out that frog hopping across the road. Ohh and ahh over that beautiful butterfly. Make a big deal out of God’s blessings we see and touch everyday. Yes, some people will think you’re nuts, but they’ll remember


6. Start new rituals.
Rituals come and rituals go (in my life anyway). But they make my days so special. And of all the rituals that have come and gone, I have a tendency to remember each one with a smile! Now I’m not talking about big elaborate rituals that take time and money (but those can be fun too), I’m talking about those little things you do everyday.


There are rituals we do before bed, when we wake in the morning, when we sit down with our families for a meal ALL TOGETHER AT THE DINNER TABLE. Little Miss ASIJ LOVES doing and saying the same things over and over, sometimes like a movie script. She loves it, I love it and it makes our days special.


7. Learn something new ~ start a new hobby. Be creative.
Our creative and imaginative side helps here to make special times. When we create something new, we fill a space that was empty. We leave a mark. We create and leave behind a legacy.


8. Get off the sidewalk.
I read this blog from Chris Guillebeau of the Art of Non-Conformity the other day about life being risky. Sometimes it is – live it anyway! Don’t be stupid…be safe…but doing something you wouldn’t ordinarily do will surely make the day not so ordinary.


In reality, there are no ordinary days. All our days are miraculous blessings. Never take even one, no matter how ordinary or boring it seems, for granted.


Sometimes the road our life takes is best lived moment to moment. Be present in each moment, don’t sleepwalk you’re life away. What you do this moment affects the next moment and the next one. So really, our days are made of miraculous moments. We have no way of knowing if we’re going to be around tomorrow – make each moment special. Create a life filled with extraordinary moments.


Never waste even one day. Find something about that day worth remembering. No one else may find moments of your day very memorable, but if you do ~ that’s what matters. Even if you’re alone…dance, sing, find beauty, create beauty.

world and in my life. I can’t even begin to imagine what my life would
be like if you weren’t here.

I love how only you can show your creativeness in THAT way. Nobody
else can do that. And so if you don’t do it, it won’t be shared with
the world in just THAT particular way. What a sad loss that would be.

The world was changed the day YOU were born. The course of history
was thrown a curve ~ a good curve. You changed people’s lives that day.
You have probably saved lives and YOU don’t even know it. You have no
idea how life would have been if you hadn’t been born. Thank goodness
for YOU!

Today, think about how great and wonderful you are. Think about what
a miracle you are. Think about what you AND ONLY YOU can bring to the
world ~ then go out and do it!
