KEEP THE THOUGHTS OF LOVE AND BIN THE OTHERS!!
I decide the thoughts I wish to hold on and those I need to discard...I seek not to be disillusioned or disheartened on my journey as I am part of a collective consciousness which is evolving into more light. I know that every kind and loving thought and deed in my own life moves us all to experience more love and light.
WHEN a thought jumps into our minds... as our thoughts surely do... can we ask ourselves whether this is something we can hold onto and take with us on our life experience or is it something that is better replaced with another which is going to be more positive.
Our minds are powerful vessels.
They take hold of inspiration, present us with solutions, open our eyes to opportunities and appreciate great connections and the beauty that can be seen and felt around us.
So far so good. So very good, in fact.
But they are also weapons of inner and outer destruction... conjuring up fears, reminding us of indiscretions, bringing in the niggling worries and the greater worries and revealing to us the dysfunction of our lives and of the world at large.
This is the bad. The very bad, in fact.
This is no more or no less true for those who try constantly to shine their light and bring light and love to others.
We might wish to raise our consciousness and our vibration... but so often we find the energy of what goes on outside and the negative impact of others playing a different tune turning down our light switch when this should not be the case at all.
So easy is it to become disillusioned... with people in our own life and with those who run the show in our community, in our nation and, of course, in the world at large.
But people, experiences and situations on the outside can only change when we keep our own light switch turned up... when we are in tune with the wealth of love contained in our heart... and when we cease to find disillusionment and loathing in ourselves.
So long as we individually blame ourselves for dysfunction, for things going wrong and keep this focus on what does not work and why we are not good enough then our outer reality will simply be not good enough.
When we acknowledge, feel and be good enough then the world outside will be good enough.
For those dwelling in the light and who wish so much to see love reflected back to them in a world so often gripped by fear and old destructive patterns of being, it can be a tough call.
But consider if you looked back several hundreds of years what picture you had seen in your community and your nation.
In your looking back you will see so many barbaric acts that would seem unthinkable now.
In the UK, for example, people will hanged for sheep rustling, shot when they could not face the enemy in war and women were not allowed to vote.
But how things have changed in our own society.
And in years to come some of the actions of our governments now will seem barbaric and unthinkable by the masses and not just by the minority who so far have not been able to change things.
It will be utterly barbaric to put another person to death and war will be unthinkable in the way it has been conducted in recent times... and most definitely not even on the political agenda.
For those who vibrate highly in light this is too much to bear right now... just as those who lived in light a couple of hundred years ago had to suffer being persecuted and put to death, even, for holding religious beliefs other than the norm.
There are many who are ahead of this time... their journey back to the light has just gone so much quicker than the mood of the collective mass which still believes in borders, division, isolation and puts the accent on difference.
But each person has this inner beauty, this inner knowledge, and inner truth that is just waiting to express and will come out.
Our collective consciousness is evolving towards the light... moving back to love. Not always as quickly as some of us might like but it is, nevertheless.
And each of us make up that journey... so some might be that further ahead on the road, they might glimpse heaven that little bit or that lot more and align themselves with the God or Goddess who expresses through them.
When each of us holds on to thoughts of fear, of violence, of revenge, of discontent and disillusionment we must all experience this in our collective.
But when each of us takes on board a belief of love, of unity and of solution and not problem then we all move towards a greater experience of love and well being.
In our consciousness now there are thousands and thousands of acts of love and expressions of kindness.
There are people devoting their lives to the needy and the afflicted... there is a plethora of loving support winging its way to Haiti and all the trouble spots in the world.
Yes, the human heart is very much alight. Very much expressing love.
But it really is up to each of us to put our attention and turn our own inner spotlight on what works, what is love and not allow fleeting thoughts and unimportant outside experiences to dim our switch and take us out of love.
Let it be that only we, tuned into the love of our own heart, can ever touch the switch... and it will just be turned up brighter and brighter which is the nature of our journey.
